The intent of this blog is not to eliminate any other forum for communication with me as superintendent. I still welcome e-mails, face-to-face meetings and will continue my student cabinet meetings with parents and students that occur monthly throughout the school year. The blog is a simple way for a quick correspondence as well as another ‘tool’ students can use to communicate concerns that they may be uncomfortable sharing in other forums. Any and all comments are welcome so long as they are respectful. I appreciate the time people take to leave a comment.
Hi Neil,
I just wanted to know if the 585 area code numbers on your district phones have not been blocked. I have my emergency contact at a 585 exchange and when I
would try and call those numbers from my desk at II I could not do it. If an emergeny arose it would not be good if we could not get a hold of the contact.

Comment by Sally Cukierski 09.08.06 @ 10:39 amAll offices have the ability to make long distant calls. We have instituted passwords for people to call outside the area code. Anyone else merely has to call the switchboard and the call will be put through.
