About The Author

My name is Neil Rochelle.  I am the superintendent of Iroquois Central School in Elma, New York.  Our district borders East Aurora and is minutes from downtown Buffalo.  We are a K-12 institution with 3 elementary schools, one intermediate school that serves grades 4 and 5, a 6-8th grade middle school and a 9-12th grade high school.

Our current student population is just under 3,000 students.  You can find out more about our school by viewing our web site at www.iroquois.wnyric.org or contacting me by e-mail at nrochelle@iroquoiscsd.org

This blog is one way I will be communicating with our students and community.  Students will be able to read and make comments on the main page.  Our school community will be able to read about current events and initiatives on the page “Keeping the Iroquois Community Informed” on the header of this blog.  Just click on it and you will be taken to the community page.

It is our core mission to be responsive to our community and students.   This is one such means of doing so.
